Find your calm.
A space to feel understood, supported and steady again.
Even when life looks “good” on the outside, you may feel:
Constantly anxious or stuck in cycles of overthinking
Easily overwhelmed or emotionally drained
Burned out from doing everything for everyone
Irritable, shut down, or more sensitive than usual
Exhausted from perfectionism or trying to hold it all together
Frustrated with your focus, follow-through, or executive functioning (ADHD)
Disconnected from yourself or what you truly want
Tired of pretending things are fine when they’re not
If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to keep powering through.
Therapy gives you a safe place to pause, breathe, and rebuild your emotional foundation with skills that actually help.
About Me
I’m Amy Gregorie, LPCA, and I help adults move from anxiety, overwhelm, and emotional burnout toward clarity, steadiness, and confidence.
Before private practice, I spent more than a decade as a K–12 School Counselor, which shaped my understanding of family systems, stress, ADHD, emotional regulation, and the pressures parents face.
My specialties include:
Anxiety, panic, & chronic worry
ADHD & executive dysfunction
Depression & low mood
Emotional regulation & sensitivity
Burnout & over-functioning
Perfectionism & people-pleasing
Self-criticism & low self-worth
Stress, irritability, and overwhelm
Life transitions and identity changes
Clients describe me as warm, compassionate, and easy to talk to.
My goal is to make therapy feel grounding, supportive, and genuinely helpful—never judgmental or clinical.
Outside the therapy room, you’ll find me spending time with my family, reading, gardening, jogging, or planning our next trip.

How I Work
My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and deeply practical. We focus on what’s really going on beneath the stress (patterns, beliefs, habits, and emotional cycles) and build tools you can start using right away. I primarily draw from:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
To help you understand how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors interact—and learn tools to shift unhelpful patterns.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
To help you move out of self-criticism and into values-aligned action, even when life feels overwhelming.
Mindfulness & nervous system regulation
To help you calm your body, soothe big emotions, and respond (not react).
ADHD-informed strategies
For focus, organization, routines, task initiation, and emotional regulation.
Together, we’ll identify what’s keeping you stuck and build skills that create meaningful, sustainable change.

FAQs
What are your fees?
Individual therapy sessions are $120 for a 50-minute session. Payment is due at the time of your session, and I accept all major debit/credit cards, Venmo, and HSA/FSA cards.
What if I’m nervous about starting therapy?
That’s completely normal. You don’t need to know what to say or have everything figured out.
I’ll guide the process and help you feel comfortable from the very first session.
Do you take insurance?
I’m an out-of-network provider and don’t bill insurance directly. However, I work with Thrizer to reduce upfront costs. Once your deductible is met, you’ll pay only your co-insurance (typically around 40%) at the time of your session. I can help you navigate your benefits and estimate your costs before your first session.
I’m happy to help you check your benefits and estimate your costs before starting therapy. Just fill out the contact form below and include your insurance information.
If you prefer to submit your own claims, I can also provide a superbill each month that you can send to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
**Please note: I am planning to begin accepting insurance in early 2026.
What can I expect in my first session?
We’ll talk about what’s been heavy, what you want to change, and what you’d like life to feel like instead. You’ll leave with a plan and a few tools to start using right away.
How long are sessions, and how often should I come?
Sessions are typically 50 minutes and held weekly to start. This allows us to build momentum and make consistent progress toward your goals. As you begin to feel more confident and steady, we may shift to biweekly or as-needed sessions to maintain your growth.
Therapy is a collaborative process - we’ll adjust the frequency based on what feels most helpful for you.
