Therapy for women navigating anxiety, depression, and all of life’s changes.

Meet Amy

Hi, I’m Amy - a therapist, a wife, and a mom.

I know what it’s like to carry a lot - to love deeply, worry often, and feel responsible for keeping everything running smoothly. I understand the mental and emotional load that comes with relationships, motherhood, work, and everyday life, and how easy it is to feel overwhelmed, stretched thin, or unsure if you’re doing things “right.”

The women I work with aren’t broken or failing. They’re usually doing too much - caring deeply, trying hard, and still feeling exhausted, stuck, or disconnected from themselves.

Therapy with me is a place to slow down, feel understood, and gently make sense of what’s happening - without judgment, pressure, or quick fixes.

Outside the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, traveling, and being near the water whenever I can.

Who I Work With

Women

I work exclusively with women who may be:

  • struggling with anxiety, worry, or overthinking

  • feeling emotionally exhausted or burned out

  • carrying the mental load for their families or relationships

  • dealing with self-doubt, people-pleasing, or perfectionism

  • navigating life transitions, identity shifts, or relationship stress

  • feeling disconnected from themselves or unsure how to slow down

Individual therapy is a space to:

  • untangle anxious thoughts and emotional reactions

  • understand why certain situations feel so intense

  • build self-compassion and emotional flexibility

  • let go of the pressure to do everything perfectly

  • reconnect with yourself in a calmer, more grounded way

You don’t need to fix yourself. You need space, support, and someone who understands what you’re carrying.

How I Can Help

People come to therapy for many reasons, but common themes I see include:

  • anxiety, worry, or chronic overthinking

  • emotional overwhelm or burnout

  • difficulty regulating emotions during stress

  • low confidence or persistent self-doubt

  • feeling stuck, reactive, or disconnected

Together, we focus on understanding what’s driving these patterns and building tools that support real, everyday life - not just insight, but change you can feel.

What Sessions Feel Like

Clients often describe sessions as:

  • calm

  • grounded

  • thoughtful

  • supportive without being overwhelming

Sessions are conversational and intentional. We notice patterns, explore what’s underneath them, and practice tools you can actually use in your daily life.

Sessions are 50 minutes and typically scheduled weekly or every other week, depending on your needs and goals.
